Iron Cobalt Permanent Magnet Alloy 2J10 Cold Rolled Strip Thickness
0.05-1.0mm Vicalloy
2J10 can be precipitation hardened. It has good plasticity, and
could be cold processed by forging, rolling and drawing and
cutting. Usually, 2J10 is applied to motor equipment, such as
hysteresis motor, hysteresis brake, etc. Fe-Co-V hysteresis alloys
have good plasticity before tempering. After cold rolling (or
drawing) with 90% strain, excellent hysteresis properties and
strong magnetic anisotropy can be obtained, i.e. longitudinal
magnetic properties are better than transverse ones. Therefore, if
the wire can be used as the rotor of hysteresis motor in the
manufacturing process, its performance is better, and it has more
development prospects.
