Application in High-performance Spring Production
Elgiloy cold drawn wire and cold rolled strip and foil are used to produce high performance spring. One of our customers from Italy produces spring energized seal/ Variseal. This customer requires very thin width of strip. The smallest size is thickness 0.80mm x width 1.0mm. Application in Diaphragm Valve
Cold rolled Eligoy strip/foil are used as diaphragm in diaphragm valves. Xunshi supplied cold rolled foil of thickness 0.10mm and 0.12mm to a diaphragm valve factory in China. This customer has a strict requirement of surface quality which surface roughness must be less than 0.2mm. Xunshi managed to find a solution and successfully delivered the strip needed.

Our Elgiloy cold drawn wire diameter 1.0mm was used in a well-known brand of mobile phone. This customer has very high quality requirement, including mechanical properties, dimension tolerance and surface quality.
