2J4 Iron-Cobalt-Nickel-Vanadium Permanent Magnet Alloy Cold Rolled Strip

2J4 is a Iron-Cobalt-Nickel-Vanadium hysteresis alloy which combines the advantage of high hysteresis loss and low magnetizing force.

It exhibits the highest efficiency(loss per unit magnetizing force) of any known material. That is why it is widely used in hysteresis motor applications.

The working temperature of 2J4 is higher, and the magnetic properties of 2J4 alloy will not be reduced in the range of + 150-140°C. Among all kinds of hysteresis alloys, 2J4 is a kind of hysteresis alloys with long application time and large dosage.

Hysteresis motor is widely used in navigation gyroscope, fax communication and various recording instruments because of its simple structure, self-starting, constant torque and no noise. Hysteresis alloy is used to make the rotor of hysteresis motor. It works by means of hysteresis work in a specific (unsaturated) magnetization state. FeCoV hysteresis alloys have good plasticity before tempering. After cold rolling (or cold drawing) with 90% strain, excellent hysteresis properties and strong magnetic anisotropy can be obtained, i.e. the longitudinal magnetic properties are better than the transverse ones. Therefore, if the wire can be used as the hysteresis motor rotor in the production process, its performance will be better, and it will have more development prospects.
